Horny -

The 'Horny' project is a collection of dildos designed to be precious and beautiful, to be displayed when not in use. It is a way to approach sexuality, trying to get rid of taboos and the shame surrounding it. This project is about sex, masturbation, and desire, but also about questions of gender and transformation of the body through sexual practices. Each dildo is designed to be used alone or with one or more partners. They are also ornaments that temporarily transform appearance. The 'Horny' collection was developed as part of the GemZ program led by Current Obsession; exhibition upcoming at Kunstfabriek's gallery (Rotterdam).
